How do I cancel? Can I do it anytime?
Anytime, in a few taps: Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep every feature until the end of the period you already paid for — there are no charges after that, and no fees to cancel.
How accurate are the answers?
StudyPrime is built to be highly accurate and to show every step so you can follow the reasoning, not just the result. It is still AI, so for anything that really counts, give the steps a quick read — the goal is to help you genuinely understand the problem.
Is using StudyPrime cheating?
Think of it as a tutor that is awake at 2am. Using it to understand how a problem works — the steps, the “why” — is studying. Always follow your own school’s rules on what is allowed for graded work.
What do I get for free?
Plenty to study with every day. On the website: 25 tutor messages a day, 3 uploads a week, and practice exams, flashcards, quizzes and study guides for free. In the iPhone app: unlimited tutor chat, daily photo solves, multi-page scanning and a short daily taste of the voice tutor. Does my subscription work on the mobile app too?
Yes. Sign in with the same email in the StudyPrime app and everything you pay for works there and on the website — one account, everywhere. The Chrome extension shares it too.
I upgraded but it still shows Free — what do I do?
It normally syncs within a few seconds. Refresh the page, or sign out and back in. If it still has not updated after a minute, message us here and we will sort it out fast.
How do I scan a problem?
In the mobile app, tap the camera on the home screen, take a clear photo (or pick one from your library), and you will get a step-by-step solution. For a problem that spans several pages, use multi-page capture to send them all at once.
Is my data private?
We never sell your data — your work and your account stay yours. You can delete your account, and the data tied to it, anytime from Settings → Delete account.
