Delete your StudyPrime account
The short version: you can delete your account yourself in a few taps, on any device. Everything you made in StudyPrime is deleted with it. A subscription is billed by Apple, Google Play or Stripe, so cancel it there first.
1. Delete it in the app
iPhone, iPad or Android:
- Open StudyPrime and tap You.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm (type DELETE, and sign in again if asked). Your account is deleted straight away.
2. Delete it on the website
- Sign in at studyprime.ai/settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. No longer have the app? Email us
Send an email to support@studyprime.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to let you know.
4. Delete some of your data
You can delete single items and keep your account:
- A chat or solved problem: You → History, then swipe it left to delete.
- A lecture: open the lecture, tap ✕ at the top, then Delete. Its audio, board photos, transcript and notes are all removed.
- Anything else (for example your analytics data): email support@studyprime.ai from your account's email address saying what to delete. We do it within 7 days.
5. Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan, because the store bills it, not us. Cancel it where you subscribed:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → StudyPrime → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → StudyPrime → Cancel.
- Website: studyprime.ai → Settings → Manage subscription.
6. What is deleted
- Your profile and account information
- All chats and messages
- All uploaded files, photos of problems and extracted text
- All study materials made for you (notes, flashcards, quizzes, audio lessons)
- All lecture recordings, board photos, transcripts and lecture notes
- Your progress, streaks and mistake history
7. What is kept, and for how long
- Backup copies can last up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
- Purchase and billing records kept by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Stripe, which the law requires them to keep, under their own policies.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
